Stephanie is the Editor-in-Chief and Lead Designer of the magazine. Raised in Spanish Harlem in NYC, she studied writing and rhetoric in college, then went on to teach ELA and writing to middle and elementary school students. Now, she teaches writing classes to adults at Gotham Writers Workshop. Her work has been featured in Business Insider, USA Today, Thought Catalog, Them, and a number of literary magazines. Jay is a New Zealand born artist who currently lives in Melbourne, Australia with his wife and daughter. He loves working with a diverse range of people and organizations from around the world to help bring their vision to life with his art. Jay is at his happiest when talking comics, grappling in JiuJitsu or—of course—drawing!

Amanda is a native New Yorker raised in Spanish Harlem. She loves practicing spirituality and wellness because it’s the key to a joyful, healthy life. Her routine is based heavily in her Caribbean culture. Growing up she learned the tried-and-true Caribbean secrets of wellness and spirituality. As an adult, her spiritual journey led her to incorporate additional tools into her routine including meditation, healing crystals, mindfulness exercises, and yoga.

Miami native Janelle Cepero brings a unique blend of storytelling and marketing expertise to the KCB team. She studied Marketing and Communications in college, then deepend her creativity studying yoga and meditation in India.
